Assistant professor in Political Science at the University of Naples Federico II. Her publications focus on the impact of new technologies on society, she wrote about e-politics, e-government, and e-learning. She is Executive Editor of Ipsaportal.net, an online official portal of the International Political Science Association and Executive member of Federica.eu, the University’s Center for Innovation in Distance Education. Currently she is the Coordinator of the European Project EMMA, which run the European Multiple MOOC Aggregator, (www.europeanmooces.eu).
